Recently, I had the opportunity to try out the fitness Mirror at Lululemon in Aventura, Fl. Let me tell you, I have never met a mirror I didn’t like, but this one challenged me in such a good way, to get my heart rate up, stretch passed my limits and I burned some calories in the process! The Mirror is the nearly invisible interactive home gym, where you can join live 15 – 30 minute workouts or cycle through over 1000 archived workouts to enjoy. One of the most popular topics amongst my Fiancé and I has been working out and really embodying the phrase sweatn’ for the wedding, as our wedding date approaches I have tried to diversify my workouts and this one is in the top 5
I start my mornings by being active, especially on the weekends. Working out is how I clear my head and quiet the running inner-dialogue that can derail my day. It’s how I process heavy things and make big decisions. I found that some of my best clarity comes in the middle of a good sweat session! There is no it’s no surprise that there are actually several proven benefits to moving your body to the point of sweating!

The fastest-drying fabric with sweat in mind that feels like butter! During my workout today I also wore the most supportive sports bra and jacket.
